Return & Refund Policy – Herbalistik

At Herbalistik, we care deeply about your satisfaction and strive to provide the purest, most authentic herbal and natural products across Pakistan.
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review our simple return and refund process below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item, damaged, or defective product.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If your order qualifies, you can request a replacement or refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This includes:

  • Herbal and edible items: Herbs, Dry Fruits, Herbal Tea, Honey, Vinegar, Seeds, and Murabba.

  • Personal care products: Hair Care and Skin Care items.

  • Discounted or promotional products purchased under Discount Deals or combo offers (unless damaged or incorrect).

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  1. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  2. Refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  3. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange a product (for example, from Men’s Health or Women’s Health categories), please contact our support team before returning the item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and stock conditions.

⚠️ Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear pictures (if damaged or defective).

  3. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or replacement will be processed.

📦 Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or taste preference on edible items.

  • All refunds and replacements are subject to verification by our quality team.
